I don't expect Randle to protect the rim against Deandre Friggin' Jordon. Tarik Black is flat-out too short for that assignment. Nance wouldn't be able to if he were here either. Mozgov is big enough, but somehow it just doesn't happen. If only we had someone Mozgov's size who could actually block shots and break up lob plays....
Hey - I know Zubac would likely get eaten alive, but if we're going to get bent over and porked at the rim with Mozgov, Black or Randle anyhow why not give Zubac a shot and some real experience? |
Zubac at least is a legit 7 footer a big frame inside. |

i've got a feeling that he would have disrupted at least a few of those lobs to Deandre Jordan before they reached him |

Changes need to be made to the starting lineup. Russell and Young have both looked awful lately. |

Exactly. It's not so much the losses. The HOW is what is unacceptable. Lack of focus, protecting rim, turnovers and just competing. |

The cold truth with Russell, if his 3 point shooting is not clicking, he can't do that much on offense. He does not have elite speed, athleticism and handles. His defense is also not good. |

Yeah its a tough task because guys like Jordan gets all of their opportunities off of pick and rolls and the Lakers defensive strategy can't do anything against it. All of the opponents know they can just force switches and get the mismatch whenever they want it. |

Pretty much. His defense and careless handle and turnovers are especially aggravating. |

How is that a 'truth' when he just came off a stretch of good games where he hit few 3 pointers?? |

he just had a 3 game stretch where he shot 3-17 from 3, and avg. 17 PPG on 44% shooting by attacking the basket, posting up, etc... |
