You sure you're not just counting the same guy over and over again? And are you sure it wasn't just Ben Carson?

Okay she's not black but the girl singing the anthem is probably the whitest whites person I've ever seen. We are going to have to subtract 3 black people from the tally.

10 BP (TG +10) - WNAS (-3 BP) = 7BP (TG +10)

The Onion has been on fire this morning.

My favorite is about how Jimmy Carter thought about how it was the right time for him to die during the inauguration. Another one is about how a bored Barron Trump is counting confederate flags in the crowd.

I get the argument that Hillary didnt connect with people and lacked personality, but I see the trumps and wonder how rural and under educated America identifies with snobby rich mannequins?

The Onion is always my favorite around election time. Their work on Gore/Bush in 2000 was absolutely amazing.

You might appreciate this one: http://www.theonion.com/article/serbia-deploys-peacekeeping-forces-to-us-1435 (IIRC, they basically took an AP story and swapped US with Serbia)

http://www.theonion.com/article/clinton-declares-self-president-for-life-191 and of course the prophetic http://www.theonion.com/article/bush-our-long-national-nightmare-of-peace-and-pros-464 were great too.

I doubt any inauguration is going to top 2009. That one was historic.

Quote:
Federal and local agencies have estimated that anywhere from 700,000 to 900,000 people will be in Washington, DC, today for Trump’s inauguration. That’s roughly half the number of people who attended Obama’s inauguration in 2009.

It’s also less than the turnout for Obama’s 2013 inauguration, which drew 1 million people.

Obama drew 1.8 million in 2009 and 1 million in 2013. He definitely wasn't half as popular in 2013

I think today will be historic for all the wrong reasons.

I hope not, for the sake of the country, but it very well could be.

I remember when someone tried to convince me in this thread that Trump cares more about fixing inner cities like Chicago more than Barack.
