Who would win Rookie of the Year if it were limited to players in the 2016 draft class?

Obviously Embiid is going to win it, but if rookie status required immediately playing the season after the draft, who would it be?

This is one of the worst draft classes in recent memory.

I've only said that about 2013, 2014, and 2016. 2014 is actually not bad in retrospect now that Embiid, Parker, and Lavine have come along.
