From what I heard about him, he seems to be a nice, decent person.
Also, I automatically like people who have a pet goat.
He just always had this cockiness to him that he didn't really warrant. Like stroke a 3 and then throw up some 3 signs with his hands that were borderline gang talk. Like chill dude. You hit the side of the backboard 3 times prior
I'd package that #1 pick from Brewer to a team willing to take Mozgov off our hands. Then we can send Deng to Thibbs in Minny for the injured Peckovic, Brandon Rush and a 2nd round pick.
says the guy who thinks we can make trades for big free agents without trade assets that are worth said big free agents.
Corey Brewer has been bringing hustle, effort, defense and veteran leadership consistently each night since he has been a Laker.
He always does the little things and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty doing work. He's a true professional.
I really like his attitude & enthusiasm.
Brewer plays well with this group b/c it's a faster paced game. Deng will have issues playing well within this context at SF. He is really a PF at this point but we have a logjam there that I hope we figure out. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals
Well said Pio & Yin. I was a big fan of his in college (me being a Gator) but haven't followed him closely in the NBA. What we lost in scoring with the LouWill trade, we gained hustle, speed, defense, & a lead by example veteran. Plus a first rounder. And the loss of LouWill's scoring only means the young guys can pick up the slack.
But yes, Brewer hustle fits in well with Nance, JC, and the rest of the second unit.

Lou is obviously better than him in a vacuum, but he adds some defensive effort and quickness on a team that has neither. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals
He's been a pleasant surprise. I thought he was done but he's been a nice spark plug off the bench. Obviously he's not on par with Lou Williams, but Lou's vacancy has allowed Russell and Clarkson to shine and netted a pick. You can't really blame that on Brewer. He's been better than expected.
