* Nice to see our rookies working out the most - Ingram is truly a gym rat
* Ingram doesn't seem to have put on any weight during the season
* Robinson works hard and is shredded (5.3%!)
* Zubac's got to shed some fat, but he's definitely putting in the work to do so
* Randle & Black are basically the same build. Didn't expect there to be a minimal weight difference between them and Mosgov
* Don't like the drop off in workouts starting with Clarkson (~50 workouts behind the middle of the pack with Mosgov/Randle/Black/MWP/Nance all grouped together).
* Young and Deng's # workouts is disappointing. Young's done half the work as the average player, and Deng's at the very bottom (ignoring the new acquisitions).
* Props to Russell being near the top in workouts
Russell probably would be much closer to the top if he didn't get Injured twice. Not making excuses just pointing out that him not being dedicated is garbage. _________________ You mystified at what exists inside

I remember AC Green used to complain how difficult it was for him to put on weight and was even more difficult to keep it on during the season.
I was just checking KD's current weight and he's listed at 240! Really? He's 50lbs heavier than Brandon? _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant
Does Brandon have the kind of body type that can reliably put on weight? There's people who have naturally slight body frames and they just don't gain weight like other people do. _________________ Austin Reaves

Ingram works hard, but his low body fat may mean that he isn't gonna grow much from turning fat to muscle, but from just naturally aging and growing that way.
Young and Deng don't do many workout sessions both have the 3rd and 4th highest body fats on the team.
Metta is near the end but still has a high work ethic still.
Clarkson is lacking in the workout sessions, as Metta and Nance both outwork him significantly(over 50 more workout sessions). That is despite Nance being out due to injury and missing time, while Clarkson has been healthy the entire year.
D'Angelo Russell is bigger than Jordan Clarkson. (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CjhD8PiVAAAhyyf.jpg)
The changed diet will help Randle, with both his stamina as well as slimming up more. Even still as it stands, Julius Randle with his size and speed is the same size as Tarik Black.
Tyler Ennis having 22 workout sessions already in his brief time, shows his work ethic. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Jesus, Zubac is huge. Obviously the BF% needs to come down, but 263 at 19 years old?
That skinny fat is deceptively heavy. You cut off the fat from the obliques, breadbasket, doughy chest and that's a ton of weight, especially considering it's coming off a guy that's 7'+.
The positive is it's easy as hell at his age. Likewise, he's giving us this level of production when he's got the physicality of a 40 year old World of Warcraft basement dweller. Actually seeing that # really has me pumped. This guy is TRULY just scratching the surface of his potential. _________________ KOBE

I need you as my personal trainer, JB. I gotta upgrade to the physicality of a 40 year old World of Warcraft basement dweller.

That's borderline contest level body fat for a bodybuilder with the striations to boot. That probably should say 15.3%.
You think T-Rob's at 15.3%? I know 5.3% is absurd but 15.3% doesn't seem right either. Dude is yoked.
Pause...I'd have to see him without his shirt lol. Waist/abs/back is the giveaway. You can look jacked as hell with a jersey on and still not necessarily have the lowest of body fat. I wouldn't be surprised anywhere between high single digits to mid teens. _________________ KOBE

Didn't Pat Riley have a rule that players had to be under 8% by training camp? I thought Shaq was 15% at his fattest. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

I doubt it. Both things. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel
