His skills and bball IQ is absurdly high for a 21 year old, but is he willing to work to realise his full potential. Is he going to be Nash or flame out like Brandon Jennings, that's on him.

I mean it's PR in the sense that it's being used as such, but Russell didn't put shots up for PR purposes.
