Hey all,

Good news, the Hollywood Hoops podcast w/Josh Martin was picked up by the Almighty Baller network - here's our latest: Lakers making slow, painful progress

Yo E, I have a question from your CBA pod. Does the Ridnour rule impact the tax implications of a team taking on salary before the deadline (more specifically only adding the differential between incoming/outgoing for the proportion of the season remaining)?

I hope that made sense.

Eric --- What exp. do you have (specific) that would make you say that there is a little bit of "Bite" to DRuss's personality? What makes you say that?

Watch his interviews after games. You'll see it. Hard to tell what's a "front" from him and what's not, but you can tell there's some resistance towards questioning if he's not in the mood for it.

It's hard for them to show progress now with the Tank going on.

I think this would have been about a 30 win team if we had not starting benching half the team a month and a half ago.

Russell is not particularly friendly - compare him to others like Nance, Zubac, MWP, Swaggy, etc.

Lou was quiet but you really nice

Mozgov is really nice.

Kobe had a bite to his personality - he kept you on your toes - but much of the time he was friendly.

Russell tends to keep people at a distance.

I don't judge him as a basketball player based on that aspect of his personality

D-Lo has a big ego but he is actually not as confident as he pretends to be, all-in-all he's just a kid swiftly growing into adulthood having to deal with all the bells and whistles.
It has to be a challenge, some can handle it better than others.
I like him & think that he'll be okay on & off the court.
