absolutely true.. the two are a vicious cycle

you get absolutely addicted to the instant sugar rush but the body doesn't use that energy the way they think it does.. too much and the body starts sending out chemicals to combat the overdose of sugar

you see prison studies on criminal diets.. sugar..
