AND THEY WON?

DLO - DNP
Ingram - 9 minutes
Clarkson - Out after the 3rd quarter
Randle - 20 something minutes

We were rolling with Ennis-Nwaba-MWP-Robison-Black

Looking at the stats. I swear the homie Ennis saw me (bleep) talking him for a month and decided to show me who's boss

Finally, a True™ PG for the future.

he is hurt

anyway I'm telling for some time, Ennis is a scrub and still finishes most games with a positive net rating, it makes me think this roster can make good use of a more traditional PG, let Dlo be the scorer

You keep repeating this over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Tyler Ennis had himself a nice game. He should provide solid depth at the PG position.

Ennis is a typical scrub.
Hell have nive games in non competitive games like this, but it in a serious game you cannot count on him for anything.

The fact that we could have lost our pick due to this scrub really burns.

Because it is clear in my mind and after this victory we are a bit further away from Fultz

Luke tried to be cute by letting his players start strong and then folding, but Pop trapped him.

Shouldnt have played Nance or BI at all.

Shouldnt have called timeouts when Spurs got hot.

We had too much riding to accidently get a W.

Disgusting

That's what happens when you play guys that are playing for their basketball lives like Robinson, Ennis and Nwaba

If Ennis is hitting 3s, then I don't think he's really that bad of a player. As noted before, I'm interested to see if he's any good when he's scouted (I think teams just don't give a (bleep) about him right now), but it's probably unfair at this point to call him a scrub given his decent body of work.

As far as the traditional PG nonsense goes... yawn. Calderon was a traditional PG and he was absolute garbage for us. It's about effectiveness on the court. Ennis has been actually decent, much as I hate to say it given how much I bashed him ( ), and that's why his net rating is good. (Well that, and us running a simplified offense, and him mostly playing opposing scrubs... but yeah. He deserves a lot of the credit as well.)

Like Booker was "hurt" after he scored 70? Cmon, let's not be too naive

Who isn't a traditional PG.

You know who is, though? Monte Morris who should be available at pick #33.

That's fine, but I think overall ball movement is better than a "traditional" point guard. It might mean more growing pains, but a more positive net rating in the long term.

According to Trudell the injury is easy to see.

So did Popovich just not take this game seriously or what? Why even have Leonard and Aldridge play at all?

I saw this as a dangerous game for the tank because spurs are at #2 and don't have much to play for...but I was told spurs B team would never lose to tank lakers
