Interesting, most people think the Lakers should stick with D'Angelo Russell--let him continue to develop and lead the team (which I'm okay with too). Thanks all.

Surprised this poll isn't at least 90% in favor of Dlo.

Voted Holiday.

But would accept a similar free agent PG that fits financially. Arguably a second/ third tier player with less impact would cost less.

LOL. It's because the poll has way too many options.

Steph Curry only got 10%. He must suck too.

I'm surprised about how much Ball is ahead of the other options.

I'm even more surprised that Curry has a vote. Defineately some dreamers! 😀

Ball has been taking a beating lately because of his crazy dad and shoe business. But still a hell of a player. Despite the numerous posts picking apart his game I would be thrilled to see him in a Laker uniform next year.

I think his passing skills and decision making make the game easier for his teammates. Especially in transition. Lakers need to get assists and easier shots. Ball helps that.

I did not vote for him because I think top 3 pick is traded if they are lucky enough to land it.

I wonder if there will be the silly "Is Ball a PG" conversations.

I think I'd prefer him to play SG for us if we draft him.

I selected other because the Spider AKA Sleepy Brandon should be our PG next season- let the Giannisification of BI commence!

Or the poll should be rebooted after the lottery.

Wait until the vaunted eye test discussions come up.

how can you even answer this question about who should be the point when we don't know if we have a pick, if we make a trade, if we sign someone, etc.

Usually Julius is our PG in transition, with Ball we have someone else able to push the fastbreak and he is also a solid finisher in transition. He and Dlo can be targets for each other in half court while Ingram and Julius are the players attacking the basket.

Not great, but what is possible with the pieces we have and with some luck we can win more than 20 games again.

If we play him at SG and he has the typical early rookie struggles, imagine the stink that Lavar will raise.

Don't really care who gets the title PG as long as it's a Russell and Fultz/Ball tandem.

Preferably Fultz
