I'm I crazy?
Isiah Thomas is Boston superstar, the main reason they won the east and are winning in playoffs, Horford can't carry the offensive load, his value on offense is proving space and doing the little things above everything else.
That said, Fultz and Thomas may be a terrible fit.
Can Boston draft for fit not going after the BPA?
When you are not a rebuilding team, but is looking for the last piece, moving the pick or selecting the player that best fits is a viable option and I hope they are stupid enough to do that.
Ps: no hate here, I appreciate someone wanting to play for us, Lavar's face if we select Fultz would be something to remember for ages

I would say 95% of Celtics fans in RealGm and CelticsBlog all have Fultz going 1st. _________________ Endgame

I am SOOO happy we got the number 2 pick but I am SOOOO mad Boston got the first rounder. I know we couldn't trade Kobe but can you imagine how many picks we could have gotten for him? Damn Boston making the smart move to trade KG and PP. _________________ R.I.P. Doc Buss |

Fultz is going to Boston. He will be their scorer off the bench most likely. If I'm Boston, I keep Brown, Fultz, and next years top pick too. They are going to be stacked for a long time. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest |

No, you're not crazy, but it's extremely likely that Fultz goes to Boston. Now, if for some reason Boston does go with someone else (Jackson?), I'd be thrilled to get Fultz. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

I'd say it's definitely possible, but not likely. Probably would be ridiculous to have official threads for every plausible prospect. Are we going to do them for our favorite guys at #28 too? |

they should be locked and moved to the draft thread....because it will soon be 20 threads for players not on the Lakers |

You guys/gals are officially out of control with these "official' threads. There's no Ball, Fultz or anyone else on our team at this time.
Heck, we might even trade the pick between now and the draft, and we've got
official threads about players we don't even have yet? |

I had just posted the same thing below your post. It's like there's a race to be the "official" for anything. |

I'll let this stay open because he's a realistic option for the No. 2 pick, and its the offseason so discussion will be sparse from here on out. However, if people start creating a thread for every draft prospect, we will lock them all up. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

I think Boston trades the pick. Ainge is a cunning technician, he's proven this since he took over in Boston. It frightens me what Boston can become in the next few years with all the assets he has piled up. Remember they could have the #1 pick next year as well. Scary... |

Wishful thinking, but if Lavar Ball's speak it to the universe worked, then here goes -- Fultz with the #2 pick to the Los Angeles Lakers!! |

Even if Boston does not take Fultz, I think Magic is gonna draft Ball if he's available. |

It would be quite surprise if the Celtics or whomever gets the pick if Celts move it don't take Fultz.
I'm just going in assuming he is off the board at 2, if not Lakers have a lot to think about between Ball and Fultz both really good players |
