I don't think everyone's eating it right. Not enough "humiliation" or "admittance of wrong" in their tone. |

Also I like that the message that the FO is sending right now is that they are going to move forward with the young guns and make their move in the summer of 18'. To me that is exciting and I think we will make good strides this season, I expect Russell and especially Ingram to make a big leap this season. |
Yes, I was glad to hear it from Magic! I think the fan base (and Jeanie) can be satisfied adding the number 2 pick to the roster- it will be exciting to see ball play.
I honestly think that Magic is saying this more so Jeanie does not get her hopes up that a big trade or FA signing will happen this year. He is doing the anti-Jim by setting lower expectations rather than ones too high. Smart business man, under promise and over deliver.
Smart man with a plan that I agree with.
2018 FA class will be a better one and we will be able to stretch at least one Mozdeng contract by then. The future is bright! _________________ R.I.P. Doc Buss |

It all worked out at the end and that's all that matters. |

Yayyyy!!!!! |
The problem was never that better odds would be better. In a vacuum, there was never any dispute about it.
The problem was the chicken little crew hysterically overreacting to the losses and proclaiming that we had lost the pick after that win steak, as if the 9% difference was the difference between a lock and a certain loss. "Fire Luke" and other such idiocies were a part of all that.
It was like having a toddler tantrum on LG, and apparently, there is still some childish petulance still out there.
That's what the crow is for. Hopefully you'll both enjoy it. |
This. There were people telling me I didn't understand odds because I didn't think losing 8-9% in the odds amounted to forfeiting the pick. |
