the situation will bear out differently than d'lo.
1. no kobe / byron / toxic atmosphere
2. expectation so far is a year for the kids to gel
3. he is more mature and poised than russell
4. his vision/passing is legit and team will be actually be better (ingram / dlo poised for break-outs).

If we draft Ball it's almost going to be like DLO 2.0 because certain posters are against it before the pick has even happened. The DLO thread is borderline unbearable throughout the season sometimes, and Ball as a rookie is going to have some really bad games.
"Fultz scored 25/4/6 today, Ball can not score! We drafted the wrong guy.
Also, DLO trade proposals for every good ball game that comes with DLO underperforming.
Either way, I'm excited  |
