If Spurs lose game 3, I figure the Spurs will shutdown Kawhi for the series. Then its a wrap for the Warriors to go 12 - 0 into the finals. |

Do you have inside knowledge of what the League values? TV ratings, jersey sales, attendance, etc. |

Finals don't start 'til June 1st even if both teams sweep. Us fans deserve better! Start the Finals right now! |

Losing Game 1 was it for the Spurs.
Couldn't blow that lead, Kawhi injury or not.
I wouldn't be surprised if they sit Kawhi the rest of the series right now. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Spurs are doomed. If they had managed to not blow that game 1 lead they could've sowed the seeds of doubt for the Warriors. But the Warriors got re-energized with the comeback victory and chances are the Spurs will probably not win a game now. |

It's pretty funny to think the pacers (did) and bulls (would) put up a better fight against the cavs than Boston. The 7 and 8 seeds
The bad news is ainge is going to take this to heart and get some better talent |

In the playoffs, matchups matter much more than seeding. Seeding is great for home court but we've seen great teams win even without home court. If you've seen the size disparity between the Cavs and Celtics you would see why the Pacers and Raptors games were much closer. Cavs basically have a lay-up line to the basket because the Celtics are just a bunch of midgets. |

I would sit him. As a layperson - based on what we are seeing - with the combination of knee and ankle injuries, it's not worth it to play him. |

if the Cavs sweep the Celtics in this series, they may draft Markelle Fultz, but he'll be in Chicago for Jimmy Butler very fast and Gordon Hayward will become their off-season target. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

You can't count the Celtics out in game 3. If they play to their highest potential they might only lose by 30. I believe in them. |

As much as I'm enjoying the Celtics getting destroyed, I do wish our kids could've taste the playoff and experience playing a contending team in a series |

It is clear that LeBron doesn't deserve the MVP Award this season as it is as others have stated a regular season award and he had to pace himself over the course of the marathon.
I think Westbrook, Harden and Kawhi had more worthy regular seasons this year so I am cool with not having LeBron in the Final 3.
That said, it could not be more obvious that even in his 14th year in the league, he is far and away the best player in the league. I would put Kawhi second as I value two way play a lot more than others. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

No way to Fultz for Butler. That's a dumb trade and I doubt Danny would do it. If they traded for Anthony Davis, maybe but not Butler who was starting to break down in the last game they lost.
Butler, Hayward and Thomas does not get you past the Cavs as they are currently constructed. Ainge will put them in a position to win a championship and they can't take on the Cavs now.
Build for the future with Fultz, Jaylen Brown and the guys they have overseas. _________________ "Larry, you only told me one lie. You said there will be another Larry Bird. Larry, there will never, ever be another Larry Bird." — Magic Johnson

Kawhi officially ruled out for Game 3.
Doubt he plays again this season, Pop will just fold the tents now. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

So we'll have a Finals matchup between 12-0 teams that faced... zero good teams en route to the Finals? Or 1, if we count the Jazz? _________________ https://j.gifs.com/Rnqnbk.gif |

The Celtics are closer to keeping Fultz and building for 3-4 years down the road than overreacting now. It isn't like they have some 30 yo players who are near the end of their prime. _________________ LG NBA Playoff pool:

Celtics overachieved this year. It would be a mistake to trade Fultz. |

Or they draft Fultz so they can be good for the next 15 years. |

And LeBron gets lucky again. IT is out for the playoffs. I mean there was no way Cleveland would have beaten the Celtics if IT was 100% healthy. _________________ Lonzo BI PG LeBron Randle
