There is no difference. He has worked with professional basketball players on an individual basis. That's what a team strength and conditioning coach does. They do not do team basketball related Jazzercize classes.

What bothers me the most is if he's going to be readily available to our players since he has a huge fitness company to run.

Something tells me that was covered before they hired him. Sorta like how they didn't wonder about Pelinka having to run an agency while being the GM. It's not exactly a detail that gets tossed into the 'we'll figure it out later' pile for Gunnar or the Lakers.

Sounds like he's trained athletes too tho
individually....just saying it seems imperfect to me
