I don't even see them as one of the evils, only player from that team I dislike is Draymond because he kicks people in the balls

Just asking, what has LeBron done that makes him evil-er than that?

*I assume you're not a LeBron fan, unless you dislike the Cavs because of Dahntay Jones.

Dan Gilbert is a very good reason to root for the Warriors over Cavs. That's all I've got though.

I think GSW in 6 but I'd like to see Lebron in 7.

On the line this finals is a potential GOAT argument for Lebron, hall of fame for Kyre, Love, and Thompson, Curry finals redemption, Durant's first title, and the Warriors making good on being a regular season dynasty. Considering the lack of fun the playoffs was this should be a best of 11 or something.

Blah nothing is on the line here. They'll be back next season.

For Durant, I think it's a little more valuable. Even if the Warriors are back, Durant will have to endure a lot of criticism for an entire year. And if the Cavs beat GSW this time, Durant should be sweating if they could EVER beat the Cavs.

Of course, Durant will always have a chance as long as he sticks with his superteam, but you definitely want to secure a ring as soon as possible.

I am trying to hype this series up as much as possible, it is the only way to even justify watching the playoffs so far.

Dahntay is part of it for what that guy did to Kobe, but its mostly due to the ESPN LeBron fawning that's gone on for his entire career. That and I think LeBron's game is ugly despite him being one of the greatest ever.

Well outside of being the thorn of my Pacers side. He's a passive aggressive (bleep) with his antics on and off the court.

If he owned it he would be easier to take but he doesn't so.

However this person who created this website explains it better than I can

I want to see Durant get injured and GSW win the series without him. That would be the ideal outcome for me.

Barring an injury, Golden State has no business losing this series, no less failing to dominate it. GSW should win this in 5 games. If they can't do that, its either because they are choking a bit or because Lebron decided to prove why he is being talked about as a contender for GOAT status.

This possibility is the only interesting storyline about the Finals, imo.

Is this the longest hiatus b/w the WCF/ECF and the Finals?

Seems like it's been months since we last played.

After much thought, I will predict Golden State in 7 but I expect Cleveland to give them lots of problems again.

They do a very good job controlling Curry, Durant is the new wildcard in the mix and of course The Nutcracker is likely to play all the games this time barring another mental breakdown.

Remember all those games where Harrison Barnes clanked shot after shot in the Finals?

Well, you just replaced that with Kevin Durant. So even if Steph is neutralized a bit, you still have KD. Man, this team is so loaded.

Wanting a player to get injured is really not cool. just saying

PS: If the Lakers aren't in it there is NO ideal outcome for me.

I think both LeBron and KD would go bananas in this series with LeBron on a step higher level performance compared to everybody in the game... I see this going 7 games with underdog Cavs

The true clanker is Klay Thompson. We'll see how he does this year

well, he's relegated to Barnes' role this season... must be hard to get a rhythm as a 3rd option (unless you're K.Love this post season)
