Seeing Radiohead for the 1st time was mind blowing. Surprisingly, kanye west's performance in 2011 at Coachella was as good of a live performance I have ever seen from any artist.

That's interesting, Radiohead at the Hollywood Bowl has to be near the top of the list for me too. My favorite band is Fleet Foxes, and I saw them at the Greek and they were incredible.

But I'd probably go with seeing Elton John and Billy Joel together in their Face To Face Tour at the Forum. They are my 2 favorite individual artists and they just have a gigantic catalog of songs I love, so seeing them do hit after hit for 3 hours was incredible. And their performances were first-rate.

I saw Rage Against The Machine in 92, same year de 1st album came out. Zack was a "very angry man" then. It was a mind-blowing experience.

I just saw Sting a couple months ago.. that was pretty amazing. He still sounds amazing.

Jeff Beck and Buddy guy this past summer was pretty awesome too.

I guess I have short term memory.

Best for me though was U2 original Joshua Tree tour.

Way too tough to call, but if I had to pick one, it'd probably be Pink Floyd's original tour of "The Wall" in 1980 at the Sports Arena. Sat 13th row, center. It was pretty spectacular.

Vancouver, bc. And no, you didn't see Floyd in 2005. At least not live.

Hmmm tough. I'm a younger guy who's a fan of older music, so by the time I was of age to go to concerts, most of my favorites were either dead or too old to sound all that good by the time I saw them (or too expensive for me to even think about). That said, some that stuck out to me are:

Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood at the Hollywood Bowl in '08.

ZZ Top at the Del Mar Fair in 2011

Mark Knopfler in 2012 -- This was one of the more interesting shows I've been to. He played a pretty wide range of stuff (only 2 oe 3 DS songs). Guy is a really really gifted musician.

Van Halen in 2012 in SD -- Ed and Al were great, but Roth was equally awful . Tough to see as VH is my favorite band. But I mostly care about Ed and his playing made it worth it

Going to see Queen with Adam Lambert in a couple weeks, which should be interesting.

I might've been next to you. (Although I have no memory of the exact row I was in.)

I've seen Springsteen live some 30 times, so everything else is competing for spot #31 on my list.

Most surprising knock my socks off performance was back in the 80's when I was dragged out to see a band called Roy Rogers (no, not that one) and the Delta Rhythm Kings. Dude was and is the most amazing slide player you will ever hear.
