If we have a really bad season next year, Boston will end up getting a top tier talent and next years draft class is loaded. there is no more reason to tank, Lakers need to start aiming for wins and even if they end up keeping the young core, there should be motivation to compete and make a run at the playoffs.

That's supposedly the plan for next season. No more tanking.

The players don't give two craps about the pick.

People always talk about tanking as if the coaches and players huddle together and talk about how they will miss shots. It doesn't happen man.

They should care, there jobs are on the line, that is why they are on a work out diet.

Next season I hope we make the playoffs so Boston doesn't get our pick and instead Philly gets a mid 1st.

If the Kings draft well this year and next that pick they give Boston in 2019 won't be that good.

Also I'm rooting for the Nets win enough games so Boston doesn't get a top prospect like Porter or Doncic next year.

And this thread is dumb secondly because the FO was just fired last season for a (bleep) season. It's foolish to think that it was possible for us to tank for another season. Or you just wanna create a thread to hear yourself which would be typical.
