Fultz Simmons Embiid
Harden WB KD

Crazy how sixes suddenly became a scary future contender overnight. Trust the process

Fultz looks more like Mudiay than Harden/WB, Simmons has yet to play an NBA game, and Embiid can't stay healthy.

Embiid can't stay healthy. Simmons and Futlz haven't played yet.

For the simple fact that Embiid can't stay healthy, I don't know how good you can feel about Philly. A

While I agree it's nothing to panic about yet, comparing Fultz to Mudiay as a prospect is ridiculous.

As of now, they're more Portland of a decade ago than OKC.

No.

Ability to show up for games an important factor.

As much as I love Embiid, I have no confidence he will be a 50+ game performer. Too many leg/feet injuries sadly.

My man Fiend, we both went to that great school in Philly...it's my adopted hometown so I'm kind of happy for the 76ers. At least i'll be able to go to some games now.

Yeah, they were my second team for a while, until they eventually collided with LA in the Finals. Was a great atmosphere back then- should be cool to see the star power back there again. At least until they get in our way.

Probably should wait until Embiid plays a full season without getting hurt and Simmons and Fultz play an NBA game.

As is comparing Fultz to Westbrook and Harden. Congratulations, you've unwittingly stumbled upon how similes work.

contender my butt. They aren't anywhere near as good as the Cavs or the Celtics.

And I doubt they beat the Wizards. Maybe they are a 4 seed at best. That's if the "process" aka Oden 2.0 stays healthy.

So far they look more like the Trailblazers big 3 of Oden, Roy, and Aldridge rather than 3 future HOFers.

3 guys that haven't had a minute of court time together and suddenly they're appointed as a "big 3"?

On paper, the Sixers players look fairly high potential individually, but are they really anymore promising to jell as a unit than so many other struggling young young gun trios ? I look at Minny (LaVine-Wiggins-Towns) and Milwaukee (Antetokounmpo-Parker- Middleton) and it's sobering. In fact, I might like those guys more than what Philly is about to have.

Pause and breathe. I hope Laker fans have grown a stronger appreciation for just how difficult the path to team success is with young players and a management culture change. Playing together, with good coaching and good roster management ? Well, it's no done deal anywhere nor the obvious next step for Philly.

Fultz - Unproven (and failed to impress Boston during his workout)

Simmons - Unproven, never played a NBA game, injured,

Embiid - Brittleman - Missed his entire first season AND over half of last season

OKC big 3 are all MVP level players. They have alot to show before even bringing up such a conversation.

You never know, but they're probably not all HOF players like KD, Harden, and Russ.

Exactly.

I love how Joel Embiid asked Simmons to dunk on Ball. That way, he can cheer from the bench in a suit.
