Great pick, takes some of the sting out of losing DLo. Good shooter, can take it to the rim, solid rebounder, strong on defense. Plus great character -- Eagle Scout! With his maturity, he can step in and contribute from day 1. Help fill a hole on the wing until PG arrives

I thought we had the 27th and 28th pick? I went out to dinner or did something happen or am I just mistaken?

This is the best grab in the bottom half of the first. Well done.

Dray or Jimmy Butler of this draft. People are going to have to work in practice. Dude is a winner and plays all out.

Does Hart have any PG skills? The only other PG we have, other than Lonzo, is Clarkson, who barring a trade probably starts at SG. Nwaba doesn't strike me as a PG either, but I suppose you can give the PG duties to Ingram while Lonzo is out and play Nwaba as more of a small slashing wing.

I see some Cory Joseph in him. Would be so happy if he gets anywhere near that.

I also think this was a real good pick at 30. Here's hoping he can make a difference against NBA talent. I think he's got a chance.

Love this pick. Hopefully makes JC expendable. Smart ball player.

He had a great interview at his Lakers workout for everyone tracking those elite personalities!

First thing that popped in to my head is that hes the anti Clarkson. Shoots the 3 ball well and is a good defender. Even gets FTs at a better rate than JC. Not the athlete or ball handler or floater shooter that JC is, but we not lookinmg for that anyway. The obvious and solid pick for us.

We grabbed a Ball.

Then we grabbed a Hart.

How's he a steal when he was projected as a 2nd round pick?

Should've drafted White at 28 instead of trying to get cute and losing him to the Spurs.

We ripped off the Jazz on this one--I had Josh Hart (27th) and Thomas Bryant (29th) higher than I had Tony Bradley (40th).

Hart in particular is just a stat favorite with A+ intangibles. Top notch pick.

A benchwarmer who scores 7ppg? Yeah, pretty much.

There's more to the game than scoring. Defense, IQ, winning mentality. Draymond was a 4ppg rookie from the 2nd round. He is arguably the GSW MVP.

Like the pick. As a Laker fan from Maryland off the top of my head can't think of any other Lakers who were born in Maryland?
