Lakers now have a ton of bigs:

Thomas Bryant

Power Forward
Julius Randle
Larry Nance
Luol Deng

I'm guessing someone's going to be the odd one so we can get another PG other than Lonzo?

I would expect Black and Thomas to be out of the rotation while Deng plays SF.

Black is probably gone.

Luol Dang gonna be a bench warmer unless traded. Kyle Kuzma is here now though.

Can really shoot it. Needs to continue improving mobility, supposedly he is. Think it's great value at 42 -- I can't say he doesn't have starter upside.

Thoughts on Laker draft tonight? 3 shots at Hartenstein smh

Bad back. Three dodged bullets?

Ennis was pretty impressive last year

That would be a mistake given the lack of mobility from Lopez, Zu, and Bryant.

Guessing Bryant will be on one of those two-way contracts playing in the G-League this season.

Not really. With small ball being a thing here, We will see a lot of rotational minutes involving Nance and Randle at Center.

Underwhelming rebounder and shotblocker for a dude who's 240 lbs with a 7'6" wingspan but can't complain about the physical tools and .38% from 3 at 42.

oh, there's a Thomas Bryant thread

looks like he moves really well for being such a big guy. Teach him some footwork and pray his hands are better than Kwame's and we might have something

This pick is totally awkward, we already have Zu and Lopez and not to mention Black, what's the point of drafting another C? Has to be for another team or there sending jinx to the D-League.

don't you think Zu is going out? Look at the guys we just drafted, all mobile. Either Zu is going to Indy or we're using him to get rid of Deng's contract.

Lopez is a one year rental. This guy is going to spend the season in the D league and get ready for next season. Black is gone, but that's because he's simply not worth the money.

Zu is not valuable enough to get rid of Deng. Not even close.

whoa, slow down on the zubac trade talk. what happened to marc gasol comps? due to age and skill zu is my boy, and he's working on his range too.

although i love the hustle, i think black and robinson are on the chopping block.

Probably just misspoke after a long day ; he has consistent measurements around 7'5 7'6 on DX.

A 7'3 wingspan is solid for a Center, but wouldn't inspire a 'wow comment'

Great point. For what he can give he is just too expensive. Zu and Nance on C position can give us a lot more.
