Don't get this move by Utah. Hill isn't worth the max and I question whether any other team would pay him that much. They should have let him see what he can get on the FA market and then discuss if they were willing to match it instead of just slamming the door on him so quickly for a player who doesn't even fit their style of play.
Thibs showing he's a pretty shrewd GM this year. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant
Rubio could be pretty nice in Utah, but Snyder is going to have to loosen up their rigid offense a bit to take advantage of Ricky Spanish's passing talents (and mitigate his weaknesses off-ball).
If Hayward re-signs and Rubio stays healthy, I think Utah can be a top-4 team again next season.

Remember when Rubio was considered a basketball prodigy? I wonder why he never lived up to the hype. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Shooting, consistency, injuries. He also plateaued skill-wise from 16 onwards. Didn't really grow as a player. Had he shown incremental improvement every year from 15-25 he'd be a perennial all-star.

So is he lazy or something? I don't understand how his shot mechanics are so broken as a GUARD. Same thing with Rondo. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Lazy...I do not believe he takes 3h every day to shot 500 jumpers.
He can't even make 3s unguarded. _________________ -----------------------------------------------------
