Yeah, some folks were falling over themselves about Jaylen Brown and how well he was playing at the end of last season. For Hart to guard as well as he did was pretty impressive. And I think he wanted that assignment. We're obviously going to miss Lou's and Nick's offense, but Hart and Nwaba defend at a much greater level than those 2. Hopefully these 2 guys will be able to provide some offense to compliment the defense. In transition alone, Ball should be able to amplify their offense.

I mean it won't be like Magic to Byron fast break dunks... but one can hope

Yep, and better defense leads to many more transition opportunities, so it should balance out. Gimme that contagious D!

One day, i hope to again hear comments like this paraphrased quote of Hubie Brown's I recall from way back when - "These Lakers have a way of getting out and away from you and you can't call enough time-outs to stem the tide."

Anyone notice when Hart got injured, the Celtics player stuck his leg out to clip Hart. I thought it was a little dirty.

Yes, I did. And I'm sure our bench, and most of all, Hart did. Its my hope that we feed off these very instances and it reinforces a team bond. Everyone will come after our players - they'll target Zo hard this year. We fight for eachother like Spartans.

I was a little skeptical but I'm sold.

Team played much better with him in the game.

His finish is as good as advertised. Seems to be in the right place at the right time.

He may HAVE TO start, the only guard better than him is Clarkson, and they need him to relieve Ball at PG..

Hart looks like he could score at will (Like the Sun's Booker), wonder how soon until he has a 30+ point game..

I'm not sure about the "score at will" comment but I am looking forward for him to have a 30+ game and maybe our starting SG this upcoming season.

Really like Hart's floaters. With Lopez as a stretch 5 there will be plenty of room in the lane for that shot.

He also attacks the rim with purpose - which to me totally dismantles all the Fisher comps. Hart can actually make a layup.

He's got good form on his jumpshot. After 2 SPL games they have yet to fall - but I'm hopeful they will.

He is very similar to how Clarkson was in his first year. Those floaters, the all penetration, jumpers, defensive intensity

I'm hoping Hart really can contribute in regular NBA games like I think he can after his first two games. I'm just worried that Blue, Caruso, and Wear were so bad that Hart only looks transcendent in comparison.

I like how he finishes in the lane. Can really absorb contact and get it done in there. His shots are not falling but the stroke looks very good so it's probably just getting accustomed to catch and shoot situations. He'll be a good backup SG to JC.

I liked it when he battled Jaylen Brown even though brown is the bigger player.

Seems like his game includes playing with contact. We will have to see if he's the type who gets banged up every once and a while.

he's got Derek Fisher's tenacious attitude but is better polished offensively and more athletic from what I have seen.

Hart can hoop! Just like Lonzo, his jumper will begin to fall and watch out!
