Friday late night came home little drunk...tripped and hit my ribs against desk. Knocked the wind out of me but I slept it off. Woke up yesterday hurting. Decided to try to muscle through it and bang out my chest workout. Think I made it worse because it hurts even worse today.

Debiliating. Worse than the sciatica I had.

I'll try some wraps. I don't even know where to begin to get CBD's. I have pretty easy access to standard medicatoins but I'm hesitant about any vicodins or medication of that nature. I'll just dull the pain with some whiskey tonight .

I feel you, jb. Just experienced something similar with a pretty bad rotator cuff strain. Actually went to the DR because I was in so much pain. (I hate hospitals) Had to dial it down with the workout, but I rather take it light for a week or 2, than risk further injury and have to go completely work-out free for much much longer.

Rib injuries are painful... Just deep BREATHING can be a chore. It sucks.

You'll be OK, dude. You really appreciate your health when you have injuries/illnesses like this... I know I did. Just get some rest, treat it properly and you'll be good in no time.

Ask your stoney friends. If that doesn't work, just go grab yourself a med card right quick and pop into a dispensary. (And if that doesn't work, PM me ).

get an mri done, make sure you dont have an internal hemorrhage. Alcohol can dull the severity of trauma. sounds like you are ok but better safe than sorry, no?

oh and good cbd's are amazing by the way,I got a vape pen full of cbd and its good for all kinds of stuff. I've been able to use cbd instead of advil to diffuse the caffeine withdrawals. pretty amazing.

Hopefully you get better but taking alcohol for the pain after alcohol was the cause of your pain is quite poetic. Just don't bang the other side's ribs this time.

It's not from that chairmat, right? Hope you'll have some relief from the wraps/CBDs and get up to speed soon. Then start a new workout streak.

Good memory! I had a lot of clothes laying about in my man-cave/office/bunker room. Memory is sort of hazy, I know I ate it on something. I recall teh instant wind knocked out of my chest...but I can't remember the exact moment. I was effed that night. Wouldn't have even been an issue but damn not being fully cognizant....There's a lesson here I think. Nah, if I haven't learned it by now...

"I'm too old for this ish..." Truthfully, knowing me, I'm never too old for this silliness. Christ.... .

Card will get you better prices and higher dosages

Just gonna chime in again about CBD..

I've taken prohormones long ago.. blame Mark McGwire
Anyhow. Good CBD gives me a serious sense of vitality
and helps my back losen up in deep areas
First few times taking it it almost felt like an
essential nutrient and still does

For my serious inflammation and pain CBD is amaxing

They make it in different ratios of thc/cbd
If you know you're gonna puff daily then get a lower thc ratio.
Pricing differences are out of line between
shops so give them a call in advance to check stock too

Arnica tea and others may help too
Even something for respiratory
Go to a place that sells tons of loose tea herbs and ask
We have a place here called
Rebecca's Apothecary..coolest place for some natural cures
