It's a painful one, but after a week or so you'll likely be fine, if it still really hurts you've probably fractured or broken a rib.

Get an x-Ray if you think it's dislodged or if you feel anything sharp sticking into you in that area, otherwise not a whole lot you can do to treat it.

I've been there quite a few times, you'll be fine bro, just need to take it easy.

Gdoo lawd. Hope I didn't fracture something .

I had suffered through two inflamed ribs when I was a teenager. It was one of the most brutally painful things I have experienced, and I've been through some rough (bleep).

Breath shallowly and don't move!

Friday late night came home little drunk...tripped and hit my ribs against desk. Knocked the wind out of me but I slept it off. Woke up yesterday hurting. Decided to try to muscle through it and bang out my chest workout. Think I made it worse because it hurts even worse today.

Debiliating. Worse than the sciatica I had.

Nope, sent back to the minors.

Just make sure you're somewhat active. Try to do at least walking once you're up to it.

Poor JB won't be able to do anything to disturb his neighbors for a minute.
