they were, but the team in Orlando was led by Brandon Paul....there are only about 4 players on Orlando and Vegas squad....but Vegas squad was supposed to be stronger

Here's hoping Ball can play tomorrow.

Better yet - here's hoping Magic unleashes a Ball/Ingram/Kuzma assault on the Blacers!!

Gutsy win!!!!!!!

Yes, if Ball can't play tomorrow we have little chance of winning.

I was thinking the same thing!

Undefeated thoughout several Summer league series this summer not just Vegas, and almost all of their victories were blowouts.

Then they ran into Ball and Kuzma - this'll be a fun QFTOS!!!

Lol 15 seed vs 16 seed, Oh SL.

Two things I did learn from this SL:

1. Lonzo really does make everyone better. He's like a superstar center in hockey, if you have a stud center; the wings look better.

2. Zubac better find his game or like someone mentioned he will be out of the league pretty quick. How slow he is and lacking any jump will get him cut.

After Nowitzki retires, that Mavs locker room is going to flat out IMPLODE with Noel and Smith Jr. running it.

Yup- he also has the it factor...you want to watch him play cuz you may miss a crazy pass or him attacking the basket with style

Not enough to risk BI or Ball
or Kuz for that matter, but he isn't limping

Truthfully? Pretty much LOL

But not enough to risk injuries or whine about 3rd/4th string players or whatever. It's been a super fun summer league. Much more fun than I personally was expecting. So since we're there, I would love to close it out with a win.

Yep. I get the feeling he won't play. What he has I think may take a few days for it to feel right. Which is fine. I'm just impressed they got this far and got to see some fun play from Lonzo Kuz BI etc

I actually want a win...

This is the first time in 7 years that we actually play in a finals game..

Yeah sure it isn't the NBA finals, but its a finals game nonetheless

I think Ingram should play. He's been out for a long time

the Lakers FO has seen pretty much all they needed to see in this SL anyways.
We know who stepped up and are gamers and who turned out to be training camp fodder
if they don't play any of the top guys tomorrow and lose the game, no great loss
It would be nice to win, but we've proven all that needs to be seen

Not that much, I'd rather sit Lonzo.

Badly, but I understand if Lonzo doesn't play. Achilles injury is one of the worst case scenarios.

First championship the Lakers will play for in about a million years.

But if Lonzo is hurt, don't play him. Ingram is fine now. Lets see if he can impact the game like Lonzo. He can't. Rather see Kuzma play for he can shoot.
And that guy Thomas.

Vanderblue is quietly carrying the Lakers also.

Caruso has to learn to handle the ball. But he plays good defense. He is not a PG.
