How about a little love for coach Jud. I love this guy. He did a fantastic job!

Good to know we have talented up-and-comers on the coaching staff.

Coach Jud and the whole staff did a great job. Pretty tired of the Arizona Wildcat narrative on this board. As if these guys aren't talented because they share an alma mater with Luke.

he seems to be a cool dude alright. dont think he did anyrhing spetacular besides playing ball and kuzma heavy minutes and shorten rotations all around, in part due to injuries

Ironic that the whipping boy of the coaching staff won summer league and publicly admitted his coaching plan was "let Lonzo pass." Anyways CONGRATS JUD #JUDNATION

He's enthusiastic, charismatic, and coached a team that shot really well.

Hope to see him use those teaches for the team in the regular season.

Are offensive game plans for Luke and Jud similar?

I can help but think of the awful passing and all the isos the Lakers had last season.

I know it's just Summer League but the offense was beautiful, a joy to watch.

I've really hated watching all the bricks of the last 3 or 4 years.

Thank you Southbay Lakers!

IT helped that they had players who can shoot from distance too.

Definitely a fair share of people doubted him. He proved to be a better coach than was expected. Good for him, its nice to see up and coming talent in coaching even. Lakers seem to be on the road to success and respectability again.

Luke inherited that roster. Swaggy, Lou, JC .. Not ideal for ball movement.

So what happened between the first two games and the ones after? I remember everyone was hating on buechler after the first two games. Did we run different systems?

Good coach! Very beautiful offense. Very good ball movement, very good spacing too. Play players' strength. Easily score 100+ points in 40 minutes game

sorry, I think the guy is a nepotistic stiff. He was horrible with rotations and overall game plan early on, and it only seemed to improve as the roster was depleted of talent eliminating his options and ability to screw up the game flow.
