Man, I'm excited for the upcoming season. Going to watch the game against LA Galaxy on Saturday. Can't wait for Lukaku to make his United debut (though it probably won't be this weekend).

I'll be at the Madrid vs United game in San Francisco on the 23rd. I'm very excited.

Will Madrid three-peat the CL?

Who will win the PL?

Where will Mbappe go?

Excited about Lukaku!

Can't believe United and Madrid play each other twice in the next four weeks (International Champions Cup, UEFA Super Cup)! Just hope United doesn't lose both.

Yeah, that Super Cup took some importance out of that friendly that was schedule long before. I still hope Madrid puts a competent team out there in San Francisco. Probably not Ronaldo and Bale and some other big stars. But whoever it is, it's always nice to watch my team in person.

Pretty pleased with Arsenal business so far. Lacazette is the clinical finisher who plays on the shoulder of the defence, with the movement that the team sorely lacks. Should be a great fit, hopefully we can add at least 1 more quality signing then keep Ozil & Sanchez.

Ozil is probably staying, but I keep hearing Sanchez wants to move away from the Emirates. City's been the likely destination, but I wouldn't count out Chelsea if they fail to sign Morata (Madrid's asking price too high). Also Giroud has been in the transfer rumors lately; been linked with Marseille and Dortmund.

I try not to take too much notice of the Alexis rumours, I think a lot of it is media hyping things up and even making up their own news. I'm a season ticket holder and know a few people who work for the club, most people around the club are more confident he will stay than the media portray.

I do think we may sell Giroud though, which to me isn't a huge deal. When you watch him in person you really see how lazy he is and how his lack of movement slows down the team attack. What we get from Lacazette will far outweigh Giroud's contributions IMO.

And City spent £100m on Walker and Stones.

In regards to the USMNT, the #2 goalie, Brad Guzan has got to be replaced. That's one position where we should dominate the world in and have traditionally produced solid players. Howard is great, but he's old getting older. How have we not found a legit replacement?

There are a handful of young talented keepers to watch for:

-William Yarbrough (28, Club Leon Liga MX)
-Zack Steffen (22, Columbus Crew MLS)
-David Bingham (27, San Jose Quake MLS)
-Alex Bono (23, Toronto FC MLS)
-Bill Hamid (26, DC United MLS)
-Ethan Horvath (22, Club Brugge KV Belgium)

Mitch Hildebrandt had a great season for FC Cincinnati, he might not be a long term option but if Arena wants to go by form, he would be the pick.

That awkward moment when a minority owner of a team tweets a s/o to a post made by his franchise's greatest arch-rivals...

Looks like Neymar is off to PSG. Roughly for $250m. Now it's only the medical and personal contract to finalize the deal. He worth it, imho, but I think Barca doesn't want to sell him. Some offers are too good to refuse...

This may have started as Neymar's attempt to increase his wages, but Barca's wage structure is on an unsustainable path if they give renewals to their three main stars yearly.

If I were Barca, I'd sell him immediately. That would pay for much of their stadium renovation and Brazilians are known to devolve to partying and getting fat as their careers develop.

Morata to Chelsea is done. Madrid has already announced the deal.

This Neymar thing is definitely not done.

I wouldn't sell Neymar unless I absolutely had no choice but to. He's probably the 3rd best player in the world, and hasn't even hit his prime yet. The guy is 25 years old and on course to be Brazil's all time leading scorer. Think about the forwards they've had, and he could be the top scorer of them all. He's probably in terms of age, potential and longevity, the most valuable player in the world.

It would weaken Barca and waste Neymar's best years in the poor quality French league.
