Question is why Rose is treated as guilty when that trial didn't even get as far, and how the jurors felt like the girl was 'fake crying' and disingenuous as well as the lack of evidence and consistent inconsistencies in her story?

So why the heck is Rose treated like he's guilty when his trial didn't even get as far as Kobe's and didn't even have to be settled?
