Meh. He had only a few minutes in the Summer League before he got hurt and couldn't play anymore, but nothing he did there made me think he deserved even a training camp invite. He didn't have a single flash of what he could bring to an NBA team. I hope he does well with the Mavs, but I'm glad we didn't waste the last two way contract on him.

lol. wait how can in one sentence you say the bolded. then go on to say nothing he did there made you think he deserved even a camp invite?

you do realize he has more than enough college tape to be invited to camp when you factor in his size/length and athletic ability. we're talking about camp. not the team. camp.

its all moot now but still.

He has some nice physical tools. Was hoping he'd get a shot at training camp. Dang.

But if the thread moves, does that give us additional cap space?

Nothing like evaluating a few minute career. Do you know he played 4 years in college?

Why is it hard to understand that the guy above was not impressed with the few minutes he saw of PJ? Neither was I. Quit making posts solely to crap on other people's opinion please.

because it is ridiculous to think you have the ability to evaluate a players ability and future potential within a few minutes on playing time...with that logic, 99% of viewers would have been finished with Lonzo after the 1st Quarter of the 1st Game.
