he's a good teammate. Works hard. He's an expiring deal so we don't really get much advantage trading him. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Some people were complaining when we made the trade but after Lou's performance in the playoffs we actually ended up winning the trade. |

I think he cracks the rotation next year, would be a good fit next to Lonzo. _________________

Corey Brewer Anticipates A Lot Of Competition In Lakers Training Camp
Quote: | One player fighting for a regular spot in the rotation is veteran Corey Brewer. In an interview with Rodrigo Azurmendi of Lakers Espanol, Brewer sounded excited about the competition that will be taking place in training camp |

Brewer can run, dunk, and hit the occasional 3. He also hustles, is lanky, and plays tenacious defense. I bet playing next to Zo will make him look a lot better too. |

It wasn't long ago that he was considered a very solid player, yeah he's had a underachieving career but when he's engaged he can be tough to handle especially with that burst and style. |

Corey Brewer, a role-player pest, totally disrupted the Suns' best rising star, Booker, all night. If you love defense at all, you couldn't help but love his game tonight. Major props. _________________ "I like looking at a guy's face when he realizes that even his best moves aren't going to work on me all night. They look depressed." - Ron Artest |

Whenever he's been on teh court, he's always shown good hustle and energy. His biggest issue is he isn't a good half-court offensive player. If the Lakers keep getting into games where we're pushing the pace, it's right up his alley. |

What I like about Corey is he's just as tenacious on defense as Patrick Beverly is.. just without all the histrionics |

Booker would’ve gone for 50 if brewer wasn’t on him today. |

I wouldn't go that far. Corey had a play or two where he exaggerated a bit tonight iirc lol.
I'd have no problem with Patrick Beverly *at all* if he wasn't so damned over-the-top. |
