|
|
Put your name on it.
Check in now and save yourselves from looking like bandwagon fans when we dethrone the Patsies on our way to U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis come early February!
We've suffered through the lean years and finally have a competent team, so I'm blabbing it out to the world. We're effing back!
Gotta admit though, our defense has me a little worried.
We're pretty week up the middle. D-Line and LB in particular.
Can the rookie out of Wake Forest shine at the MLB position? God I hope so!
Can Mario Edwards Jr and Justin "Jelly" Ellis stay healthy and play up to expectations?
If they do look for the DPOY #52 who had zero help last year outside of Bruce Irvin to put up ridiculous numbers!
If the defense plays middle of the pack or better with that high powered offense (which became substantially stronger this offseason) it's curtains for the rest of the league.
Music City week 1.
Clash of the Titans vs the Raiders of the lost Arc!
Bring it on!
Oh yea, and another thing...
JUST WIN BABY! _________________ 16 and counting.... |

Raider fan since 1991.
Though as you mentioned, our defense scares the crap out of me.
But our offense looks legit.
Can't wait! |

LA still loves the Raiders, as evidenced by their sky high tickets for their game vs the Chargers at the Stubhub Center....it will probably be 90% Raiders fans in attendance. |

Been on board for awhile. Was a Ram fan until the Georgia Frontiere took the reins from Carroll Rosenbloom. Pulling for Beast Mode to take us to the Lombardi trophy. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Welcome aboard everybody!
Raider fans repping from all over the place!
From OC, to the Raiders old training camp stomping grounds where the Cowgirls now train(Oxnard), to the San Gabriel Valley!
Good stuff!
Heck even those crazy Canucks up North bleed a little Silver&Black too!

Wow, for the first time in 18 years the Raiders will open the season with a place kicker not named Sebastian Janikowski!
Put on IR after agreeing to take a paycut:
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000841257/article/raiders-place-k-sebastian-janikowski-back-on-ir
Giorgio Tavecchio was 3 for 3 this preseason making 3 of 3 FG's (longest was 43 yards).
He did miss an extra point though slicing it left. (made 5 of 6 extra points)
Has a decent leg strength wise. He got the ball into the end zone most kick offs if I recall correctly.
If he doesn't kick up to par then I see Seabass joining the team again around week 8 or 9. _________________ 16 and counting.... |

I think Tavecchio did a pretty good job in place of Jano.
Special teams as a whole was excellent!
Defense looked much improved, especially up the middle.
Offense did what they do, and Lynch Mob was just what the doctor ordered. A closer, and finisher!
Great way to start the season. A week 1 convincing win on the road vs a good team that should be a playoff contender. _________________ 16 and counting.... |

The Raiders should be in LA or Oakland. It is sad for me about the move to Vegas. Vegas does suit the Raiders though even that I hate to admit it. |

My Raider allegiance goes back to 1973; it is my oldest sports team, I have followed them longer than the Lakers, Dodgers, Trojans or Bruins.
We should wipe the floor with the Jets in our home opener. _________________ LAKERS 2019-2020: NBA World Champions! |

Good opportunity for our young defense to continue to grow and gain more confidence moving forward. _________________ 16 and counting.... |

Marquette King's not a place kicker but he's doing Ray Guy like punting so far. He doesn't kick it as high but his placement is excellent. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
