I love the addition of Pagano from the Chargers staff!

Already saw his influence on the D!

The 2nd half adjustments in particular!

HUGE!

Wow, for the first time in 18 years the Raiders will open the season with a place kicker not named Sebastian Janikowski!

Put on IR after agreeing to take a paycut:

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000841257/article/raiders-place-k-sebastian-janikowski-back-on-ir

Giorgio Tavecchio was 3 for 3 this preseason making 3 of 3 FG's (longest was 43 yards).

He did miss an extra point though slicing it left. (made 5 of 6 extra points)

Has a decent leg strength wise. He got the ball into the end zone most kick offs if I recall correctly.

If he doesn't kick up to par then I see Seabass joining the team again around week 8 or 9.

Marquette King's not a place kicker but he's doing Ray Guy like punting so far. He doesn't kick it as high but his placement is excellent.

Best punter in the business!

(And yes I know who Johnny Hekker is Rams fans)

Raiders beat reporter Vic Tafur thinks Conley will suit up and make his debut Sunday in home opener:

The Jets QB these days is none other than former Raider for a minute Josh McCown. Yes, Ivan Drago's stunt double is now the Jets signal caller. Hopefully he throws a pick or two and has an up close and personal few visits with the Oakland Athletic's infield dirt this Sunday afternoon!

BTW, Welcome to the thread.

Gotta pay respects to your username!

Glad I went back to DirecTV. I got NFL Sunday Ticket for a year and a $200.00 Visa reward card.

I got Spectrum just for Dodger games. About 40$ a month extra. Gonna freeze account after this month until April.

I pay around $100 a month for DTV with Sunday ticket.

BTW how'd you swing that $200 Visa gift card?

Mine was only for $100 when I signed up a little over a year ago...

I left DTV 2017 when I moved because the area I moved to doesn't offer ATT Internet. went to Spectrum because of the package deal. The service was lousy so , came back 4 months later. I kept the Internet and phone, I have a fax, because DTV only offers HughesNet Internet in my area. I've heard horror stories about HughesNet.

When I went back to DTV they offered a $200.00 Visa reward and NFL Sunday ticket for a season. I'll be glad when they get Internet in my area, Spectrum is lousy.

I pay DTV $148.00 for HBO, SHOWTIME, MAX, STARZ, ENCORE, TMC, FLIX, SUNDHD & HMMHD. I pay 89.98 to Spectrum for Internet and phone. I have a phone line for my fax. I fax a lot.

Yea I got the free Sunday Ticket as well last year when I signed back up. Also got a the $100 gift card as well.

I got close to 75% off my Sunday Ticket for this season as well. I raised a stink about the whole Spectrum Sports Dodgers thing, as well as some hidden fees they weren't upfront about when I signed back up. Called up customer support and told them I was going to Spectrum and would like to cancel.

They transferred to the customer retention dept where they hooked me up a pretty sweet deal to stay. I was staying regardless truth be told. Like you mentioned earlier you gotta have the Sunday Ticket unless you're a Chargers or Rams living in the LA market.

Season is off to a great start. Carr looking great, as usual. Beastmode is looking good. Defense looking better than expected, so far.

I have really high expectations for the end of this season.

Great audible by Carr on the second Crabtree TD. Jets were loading up to stop Lynch and Carr checked down to the fade.

"Seattle, Seattle. It's fresh It's fresh."

Wonder if Petey Carrol saw that highlight?

Also, I wonder if the Niners miss Crabtree right about now?

Great game for he, and entire offense!

Way too many weapons for Carr now with the additions of Lynch and Patterson. What a play call by Downing on that Patterson TD run.

Defense continues to grow and get stops when heeded.

Special teams stellar again as well.

Raiders favored by a field goal on the road in DC Sunday Night.

Amerson will most likely be covering Pryor some of the game.

Interesting match up as both players will be looking to stick it to their old teams!

Should be a fun one...

When better to lay you're biggest egg since week 2 of last season (with Carr healthy) than on Sunday Night Football for the entire country to see...?

Completely manhandled!

We made the Skins look like the 85 Bears.

Regroup in time for Mile High next week, please!

Redskins pass rushing was tremendous yesterday. Carr couldn't get anything going. On the other end, I thought Moses Morgan did a good job of protecting the end against Khalil Mack.

I wouldn't worry about this loss. Raiders are legit.

That was the worst loss in 2 years for us, we got man handled, out coached.

If this is true Kaepernick has started something. I wish he'd chosen another vehicle. The flag deflects the message.

Yea it seems to be destroying locker rooms. Not only the Raiders, but across the league.

The Steelers for example look divided since the whole Villenueva incident.

Since the Raiders O-line banded together on MNF a few weeks ago they have played uninspired football.

The funk they're suddenly in is similar to the Dodgers' swoon late in the season.

Apples to oranges but they went from playing like a top 5 football team to a bottom five football team. Out of nowhere!

Hope they turn it around like the Blue crew did or it's gonna be a long long season!

Bummer, but i'm accustomed to it as a life long Raider fan.

I think its more than just the protest....the Raiders haven't improved as much as we thought they would with the new additions. Also when your 2 biggest rivals in the division have leapfrogged you, its going to be a long season.

I'll bet Marshawn Lynch is not a happy camper.
