OK well that went pretty much where I thought it was. I couldn’t believe how flat they came out in the last game; a closeout game at home. My thoughts earlier when I saw the score at halftime was they were reminding me of the 2015/2016 Golden State Warriors. That they had this amazing season and then came out in the Finals like a house on fire but then petered out and couldn’t finish. Oh well they still had a good season. _________________ #IStillBelieveTaurean |

Never a good season when you lose.
The Sparks blew game 2 and would have swept the Lynx had they not had so many turnovers.
They were lucky in game one after sleepwalking through the final 2 minutes.
They blew game 2. Came on in game 3, and then played like they didn't care in game 4.
All came back to bite them in game 5 where they again played with no urgency to start and turned the ball over 17 times. You can't sleepwalk your way to a Championship.
I hope they learn from the pain of this loss. Cause they never should have lost this series, and it's all on them. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Couldn't control the defensive glass, couldn't hit 3's. Tough to win that way. Seemed the loss of Tolliver hurt them in the perimeter shooting department. Ideally in the offseason they add a shooter or two and a bruiser who can give some strong minutes against someone like Fowles, but I have no idea whether such players are available. |
