Seems like the whole team from management down is trying to prove something.

Magic and Pelinka are trying to prove they can build the team to a winner better than Jimmy and Mitch.

Luke is trying to prove that he can win outside of GSW.

Lopez is trying to prove that he deserves another big contract
Bogut is trying to prove he still belongs in the league.
Randle is trying to prove he deserves a big payday next summer
Ingram is trying to prove he can be the focal point of the offense.
Clarkson is trying to prove he can win 6th man of the year.
Ball is trying to prove he is as good as the hype placed on him by his dad.
KCP is trying to prove he can handle the ball so he gets a big payday.

Unfortunately, the only way these players can prove what they are trying to prove is by putting up stats. Not everyone can put up stats, some are going to have to concede and I'm not sure the team as constructed is going to have players willing to do that....

They can't even put up stats unfortunately. Other than Kuz.

Only thing they are proving is we can't do it without DLO!

Definitely agree on those two.

They all need to prove they can not leave 3 point shooters open by feigning help while spectating from no man's land. Until that happens, the only thing they'll prove is that it doesn't matter who's coaching or running the FO.

To be fair we broke lots of Futility records with Dlo and he had Young and Lou's shooting to work with.

How about they prove they can be competitive, play as a team, play defense and win some games?

That would be impressive

I'll just be happy when the entire team is healthy and has some more time to learn how to play together.

I can't blame most of those guys. If you're on an expiring contract and the team has no particular commitment to you, you're going to be thinking about what's best for you individually rather than for the team.

Wish you included coach in your question. Because Greg Popovich comes to mind.
