First and foremost: Good on both the Lakers and Kings to support the victims and families affected by the Las Vegas tragedy.

Here's hoping the Lakers make this one a ball game.

Brook Lopez and Andrew Bogut starting and backup center. At least on paper that has kind of an awesome ring to it.

Here's hoping Lonzo's ankle is good to go. Better he sit than lengthen the healing time if it isn't though.

20 points for Kuzma again? I say yes. We'll see.

Go Lakers!

Fox might too! Kid gets buckets. Deep draft. In a few years we'll truly know if we did the right thing with Lonzo.

It's kinda sad we're here rooting for one guy to get 20 or 30 points in a pre season game. I really want to see the team improve now.

Do we have the full crew playing tonight ?

Guarantee we don't! Our modern Lakers are extremely cautious. Nobody is thrown in the fire, everyone is babied along slowly, and you can have a day off if you have a hang nail. It's funny how the old timers like to call modern players soft, then you have Magic out there doing baseball signs to Luke Walton to shut down Ingram for the entire summer league. Ingram had a head bump and had to sit out last game. They're soft because you treat them as such. I'm not calling out the players, I'm calling out on how they're handled.

Lopez and Ingram likely to play tonight, Lonzo still a question mark.

Play everyone please! They're not good enough to be taking days off. They all need reps so they'd be ready for the regular season.

Wait, what?!?!? You have NBATV, but no ESPN! Or you just prefer I. Thomas talking all slow-like during halftime breaks. 😂

As much as I want to see the entire roster available, I am more interested in them being available opening night. Taking even minimal health risks in the pre-season makes no sense to me.

I just want to see some dramatic improvement on the defensive end. Is shutting them down and keeping them under 90 pts too much to ask!

Yea if they're hurt making their injuries worse would be ideal.

Keeping an opponent under 110 is a moral victory.

Summer League Banner Raising and Ring Ceremony before the game.

You do NOT want to play these Lakers in Vegas, we own that town.

That said, Kings favored by 1.5 and considering the Lakers play defense like the Washington Generals, I am considering the unthinkable.

I'm legit starting to worry a bit that Lonzo is injury prone or is a slow healer. Probably unfounded, but the Spectrum guys said yesterday Lonzo was still limping, and when I was 19 I'd sprain my ankle and be fine with no limp in a day or three, and I didn't have access to professional trainers. If he sprain was mild like the Lakers said, I would think Lonzo should have been fine by now, a week after the injury, and if he wasn't 100 percent, at least be walking without a limp 6 days after.

You are a worrier . I don’t think there’s anything to worry about I Think they are probably just protecting their mega-hyped, already future first ballot hall of famer, franchise asset going into the actual season where things start to count.
