What was his goal in getting transients transferred to her hospital, to put her and staff at increased risk with sharps used on them? This dude needs to learn what a video camera is. Doc Brown didn't have this much trouble learning the concept of portable TV studios. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

Cop Who Arrested Nurse Fired From Second Job
Quote: | (Reuters) - A Utah police detective accused of assaulting and unlawfully arresting a nurse after she refused to let him take a blood sample from an unconscious patient without a warrant was fired on Tuesday from his second job as a part-time ambulance driver.
Jeff Payne was terminated from his job at Gold Cross Ambulance service over comments he made while taking nurse Alex Wubbels into custody on July 26 which were captured on his body camera, Gold Cross president Mike Moffitt told Reuters. |
But he gets to keep his badge. Yeehaw. _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.

Quote: | Payne's attorney, Greg Skordas, said he will likely appeal.
"We expected major discipline. We’re just disappointed it was the ultimate discipline,” he said.
Skordas believes Brown was under heavy public pressure to take serious action because of the tremendous attention the case has received.
"Had this incident not received that (type of attention), there’s no way that this conduct, in my opinion, would have merited a termination. And that’s why I’m going to advise Jeff to appeal this,” he said.
Skordas says Payne admits he made a "horrible mistake," but believes the punishment is too harsh. |

Right?
"Hey, my client knows he's entirely wrong. He just didn't know he'd get caught. It's not his fault he got caught and thusly terminated. It's the fault of "all the attention" he didn't anticipate. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

kinda proves the whole unaccountability of police officer misconduct. Has to be on tape and has to get this much public pressure then get accountable (without talking about the flag, Kaepernick needs to bring this up) |
