They're definitely BRIGHT. Also annoying how they don't have the outline around the player names on the back. And, I'm still pretty sure the ad patch is inconsistently applied across each players jerseys (some seem more to the left than others).First year. Give them a year or two to redesign them and tweak them.
It's bad. They got our colours wrong and there's no reason for the lack of the outline on the players' names.
Both of these. The names on the back look like they went to some second rate print shop and had them ironed on for cheap. The colors don't look good that's for sure. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest
If they win games, I don't mind the yellow looks pink. LOL
Guess you'll min nd quite a bit this year then. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest

That highlighter yellow sh is a fad now. Oregon Univ started it or was one of the main influences. Michigan Wolverines changed to that. Hawks went from their actual shade of yellow/gold to that crap, too. It's lame, I agree. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

Doesn't look correctly "Laker gold" to me either. Hopefully, it's a batch problem rather than the new correct team color. _________________ “These GOAT discussions are fun distractions while sitting around waiting for the pizza to be served.”
These jerseys are cheap as hell. A player pulled the numbers off one. I haven't ever seen that before.
It's happened. Adidas era, some Memphis dude, big panel rip on front. Only saw the pic. We had a playoff gm in 04 with Houston where Bostjan Nachbar (former great) ripped Malone's jersey and they made a bobblehead with him holding a purple piece of cloth. I hate how my memory works sometimes.
Another ripped jersey. Nike has some work to do... a lot of work to do. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest
Bump - regular season, they're still terrible. Easiest way to tell is to look at the parts of the court that are gold vs the jerseys. _________________ one dog goes that way the other dog goes the other way
Thank you for reaching out. In setting up our new jerseys, the Lakers, NBA, and Nike worked to match the gold we had worn throughout all the years of the franchise. Over the last few years the gold in our jerseys had subtly shifted. Over time, coloring standards change, so slight tweaks become magnified. With the change to Nike, coming all at once after years of tweaking, the change is more noticeable, but for us, these jerseys put us back in line with the gold coloring the organization has had for the bulk of its years.
There are other factors in play for the perception of all colors, the lighting on the court, the resolution of TV screens, use of gold tights (which creates a lot of gold), and the different materials used by Nike from past jerseys, but we sought to address a deviation from original gold.
We appreciate your concern and passion for the team.
Thank you,
Los Angeles Lakers
