Eric Bledsoe - “I don’t want to be here” (although admittedly he does not specify where “here“ is)

We probably shouldn't be laughing. We beat that dysfunctional mess by 2 points. We're not too far ahead of them as a laughing stock. Let's tread lightly.

Um, yeah was about to say this lol

We don't know exactly how far ahead or behind we are of them yet. Suns just had the worst 3 game stretch point differential in league history and they played us, we won by 2.

Blazers beat them by 48. Clippers beat them by 42. To take credit for this would be like Kwame Brown saying, "Me and Kobe combined for 84 pts on Jan 22, 2006."

Firing Watson after 3 games is incredibly stupid.

He has been there for several forgettable years and their start this year is inexcusable. Even Bledsoe and Chandler were completely quitting on defense.

I just saw this. What??? We did beat them pretty, didn't we? Should we put a coaching death watch on Alvin Gentry tonight? He's 0-2 right now...

Things looked really bad there and I don't think it was salvageable.

Ok look. Reality and facts have no place in this thread. #alternatefacts

He has had 1 and a half seasons. The Suns are the worst team in the league. With Watson gone they're still going to lose. The time for firing coaches is in the summer, not after 3 games they were always going to lose. Now they've wasted a Summer and a Training Camp.

My guess the firing is to shake things up. Yeah they probably won't get better but honestly it might be a wakeup call for the players....or not...

It never looks good to fire a coach this early in the season but I think the only mistake was not having done it sooner. I only saw the Lakers game but that was apparently their best game of this young season by a huge margin and their pick and roll defense was the worst I've ever seen. Once Lonzo got into the pick and roll, he had a choice between a wide open three and a wide open layup. Both defenders just quit. And it happened over and over again. A coach has to do something about that, whether it's changing the game plan or just replacing the personnel. And a good coach would have been taking a technical to defend his star player, Corey was getting away with murder on Booker

While Earl Watson probably should've been fired what's the point in doing this after three games into the season?

This was a lost season anyways I would've rode it out, get a better draft pick and call it a day.

ESPN Sources: Eric Bledsoe met with team this morning before shootaround and he was sent home. He will not play tonight against Sacramento.

Think Magic will go for him? Guess most we would offer will be a package involving Randle/JC.

No. He has 2 years left on his contract. Would have just kept Russell if we needed another PG/SG.

Wouldn't that muck up our 2 max plan?

Things must have been really bad for him to get the axe. Does anyone really think that they are going to get out of the cellar this year?

More like what Kobe and MWP did to the entire franchise of the Suns back in 2010.

They still feeling that Mamba mentality to this day.

Losing 2 games by 40+ points is pretty bad.

What if they traded Deng and Randle?
