That Kuzma workout line is kind of weak, because the Nets had 59 (or more) players in for workouts. That's what teams do.
Doesn't mean they wouldn't have picked him.
The point is nobody knows. What's important now is he's with us because we grabbed him when he was there.
It’s a convenient (and disingenuous) way to soften the blow of losing a possible 20/5/5 player (age 21) this season (when there was a high probability Kuz was available with the very next pick).
Its also disingenuous to call dlo a 20 5 5 player when its based off of 3 games.
It wouldnt suprise me if Hart or Bryant end up being a better player

Sorry, but there is nothing to suggest that Hart or Bryant ever sniff what DLO has shown. Let’s be rational and reasonable, at least.

ya think?
So say the FO pulled a Billy King and trade 3 future firsts for a couple of washed vets- could people complain about that in a thread about the FO without being called "pick stans"? How is lamenting an ill advised trade any different just because it's about a player?

First, I'll cross that proverbial bridge when I get there.
Second, your lamentations are based on short sighted evaluation of the trade.
Is it still a bad trade if we get our 2 max players next year? _________________ Trade AD now.

Yes. Good thing it hasnt happened yet, or ever hopefully.

1. It's in YOUR opinion that it's ill-advised.
2. Lamenting is fine. Would one year of mourning be enough grieving time? After that can we start using the "stan" word? And how about when lamenting goes overboard into: "I'm going to look up DLo's number every Nets game, and I'm going to post it on LG on those nights (well except when he has a bad 8 turnover game of course) just to show that means our FO made a mistake. Oh, but I'm not a stan."

Yeah in that hypothetical trade it's still someone's opinion that it's bad although the final tally won't be known until years later.
You're tired about hearing about the player. But then you want to post in a thread evaluating a FO's actions. It would be ridiculous not to discuss the most significant action that they did. Or are only positive evaluations acceptable?
Literally all that poster did was post the stats of a player that Magic traded away.

Or maybe we're LAKER fans who knew the trade happened too early.
I don't care what you call yourself. A real Lakers fan wants to talk about what's going on with the Lakers now and in the future not dwell on some past hope and dream because you feel slighted in some way as if this team was yours to control in the first place...
