Queen released Bohemium Rhapsody. Halloween 1975. Freddie Mercury was a rock God.

Never liked Queen, my best friend in the mid-70's did and went and saw them at the Santa Monica Civic, but I didn't go, I did not think he was gay or anything like that back then, but their music was a bit too quirky and flamboyant to me..

I did see, Yes, Black Sabbath, Kiss, Wishbone Ash, Rory Gallagher, Pink Floyd, Blue Oyster Cult, Kansas, Ted Nugent, Hawkwind, Status Quo, ZZ Top, Mahogany Rush, Ten Years After, Thin Lizzy, and many more back around those times..

Not that there's anything wrong with liking Queen... just not my spot of tea...

I do own the poster that was included in the Queen album that featured the naked bicycle race though...lol

Same here, never liked the band. But they did put out a couple of nice songs.

Queen was one of the great live acts there was because they had the greatest front man of all time in Freddie.

they were both great showmen, but as far as a singers' shear vocal qualities, I'll take Bowie, Peter Murphy, Ian McCulloch, Ian Anderson, Peter Gabriel, David Sylvian, Brian Ferry, Sade, Mark Hollis (Talk Talk), Michael Rose (Black Uhuru) and Frank Sinatra, over just about anyone...
