Don't think we're better than Denver, Utah, or New Orleans this season, so we're likely not making the playoffs.

Anyone want to try to disagree with that?

Would you change your perception if we win tomorrow?

I think Jimmy Butler, and Wiggins are massively overrated.

Clippers are actually better with CP3. Gallo/Griffin/Jordan is a NASTY front court.

I'm not a believer in Memphis, or the Blazers.

Quote me on this, that ball boy is going to lead us to the playoffs.

The Lakers can remain in the playoff hunt as long as they play PHX every other contest.

They have a very good chance to be in a good spot through the first 20-25 games. The schedule is insanely easy until December.

This is team to develop Ball, Ingram and Kuzma. It is hard to expect anyone else to be returning next year. Maybe Hart or Zubac if he develops a lot during this season. There is not any playoff potential this year at all. Actually with the roster right now we are top 5 bottom teams in the league by far.

.500 baby.

We've won the single game we were supposed to win and stole a game from the top-seeded team in the East at that point. Sounds good.

PHX is tied for the 19th best record in the league at 2-3.

Obviously, not complete junk.

Yes, the Lakers can make the playoffs.

Those of us who have followed Lonzo's career knows that he is completely dedicated to the team and to winning. He knows how to bring out the best in other players and can raise a previously mediocre team to new heights.

Look at what is going on with the Lakers.

(1) They have improved each game. They got killed by the Clippers, beat a miserable Suns team, almost beach a much better Pelicans team, and then beat an excellent Wizards team

(2) Nearly all their key young players are having the best year of their career. KCP is averaging 17 on 50.0 fg% and 41.7% from the 3
Clarkson is averaging 16.8 on 49.1 fg% and 47.1% from the 3
Nance is averaging 13 on 62.2 fg%
Randle is averaging 9.8 on 64% fg%
Ingram is averaging 15.8 on 42.4 fg% (not that great, but best of his career)
Kuzma is averaging 14.5 on 53.5 fg%

Now that's not all due to Lonzo of course. Some of these guy worked their behinds off over off season to get here. But Lonzo has certainly been a catalyst.

If the Lakers keep improving like this, they can win not only 40 games but possibly even 45, competing for a playoff spot.
