Tbh I think Deng should be getting the minutes in these spurts that Brewer has been getting.

I'd trust him a lot more on the defensive end, catching the ball and shooting it more than I trust Brewer.

100% I'd opt for Deng over Brewer.

I was really pissed of with Luke when he took Lonzo out in the first quarter. His rotations are somewhat scripted, and he should have deviated from the script. Ball was 2 for 2 (both 3 pointers) at the time he took him out. This kid needed a game where he shot good (clear his mind). Why take him out at that point. Thankfully, he continued to shoot well.

I prefer us going smaller and using Caruso as backup PG, Clarkson as backup SG, Hart/Blue as backup SF. Ingram can play the 4 spot a few minutes while Kuzma can also play SF or PF... Just focus on development.

He is so bad in his rotations. Sometimes I have feeling that he doesn't know which players are on the court. I mean come on man wtf.

I give him credit for better defense this year but the rotations are disaster. This loss vs Bucks is completely on him. I mean Blue and Brewer together on the floor. That is stupid man.

He left JC too much time on the court.

Same here. I found myself boiling at that move. The kid is having the type of game we all know he can produce, and Luke takes him out. Mentally, Ball is showing he's straight at that point.

You've got to ride that early on.

When he checked back in he was still balling, however. That shift with Blue, KCP, Clarkson, and Randle I think was the most impressive I've seen him dictate the offense all year. I think staggering his minutes away from Ingram is a smart idea. It allows him to be more in control.

Not one of Luke's better games

Why does he call timeouts and bring out the same tired lineup?

Bro tell me about it. He's had TERRIBLE rotations since he started coaching the Lakers.

yeah, think the stars just aligned...not sure I can give Luke credit for making the strategic decision to go with that group. At one point in the 2nd...it was JC & Randle.....with Bogut, Brewer and Blue. They held up ok....but 8 out of 10 nights that will not work.

But now we'll see that lineup for another 9 nights until Luke sees that...

We should waive him lol. Else Luke will continue to give him meaningful minutes.

"If you wanna win, put Brewski in!"

We sure needed him tonight and he delivered in a big way on both ends of the court.

Class act, good leadership ability.

BOgut is crucial defensively if he can hover around the paint.
Luckily he had Chandler.

Totally, it is all about winning the game and the great thing is all the current guys on the team are completely on board with that.

Lonzo himself was saying "I would have played JC over me too, he was balling" or something close to it. And he means it, just win and he is all about winning.

He got rid of the hockey subs. It’s a start. He’s the 3rd piece in getting FA. He has to prove to be at least an average coach. 1st is management. 2nd is young players.

Didn't watch the game but you can also throw Randle on to that list. Pretty impressive.
