Well thats not a good strategy for the Sixers because every time Ball goes out the Lakers play much better. |
What? Everytime lonzo is on the floor they pick him up 94 feet and this causes isoball. Lonzo doesn't thrive in isoball
This is the key to taking him out of the game from the defensive perspective |
I don't think you get it, every time Ball goes out and Clarkson comes in, the team plays much better overall with Ball on the bench. Hence=forcing Ball out of the game isn't a good strategy for them. |

Maybe Ball should be included in a Deng trade? Lol |

It does sting having Embiid and Simmons going off for huge games and L0nzo goes for 2 points on 1-9 shooting. |

He shrinks on these nationally televised games on TNT or ESPN.
Clippers
Blazers
Celtics
Sixers
Just like he shrunk in the Sweet Sixteen. |
Not being able to step up on the bigger stage, this could be concerning. _________________ Tacos

On one hand, I want to give him a break: pressure from Magic, Lakers spotlight, Lavar's target, Mother's stroke, Brother's arrest, his own shooting woes...
But I cannot just keep giving him a pass. The kid is scared poopless out there.. scared to take a shot, scared to turn it over, scared to seek contact, etc.
It's stunning how bad he is... I'm not even sure if he's an NBA player right now. |

I'm not ready to call Lonzo a bust, since he's a rookie and barely a month into the regular season, but he has plenty of things to work on. |

I am definitely disappointed in Lonzo tonight. I hope he can find his game soon. |

Wondering if Lonzo needs his family at every game for him to play well. |

He's gonna get destroyed by every media analyst tomorrow. And honestly, he deserves it. |

I thought he was so calm that he won't be affected by the hype and the media. Seems like he shrivels under the spot light. |

Sad display. Really making it hard to stay optimistic. He is just a rookie but he has a lot of deficiencies that we knew about. Without making open shots, those things become much more obvious. |
