DIY night as I've been traveling this weekend. Post your thoughts here...

Really a prototype game for how they'd like to play. Tough D turned into transition opportunities again and again. Three shooting was on point. Lonzo with the triple-double. Randle getting up and down court with speed AND hitting threes. Brewer with a series of steals in the second quarter. 36 assists off the great ball movement and shooting. Fastbreak was pretty tonight.

First? It was a great game for Ball and Randle!

Basically the template for how they want to play. Good defense, run and put pressure on the opponent and solid ball movement in half court.

Excellent game.

Randle - great game
Kuz - efficient
Brewer - hustler
Lonzo - trip dub, didn’t look like a bust
Brandon - looked fatigued
JC - good around the basket, BBIQ is increasing
KCP - hit some shots, can’t throw lobs
Lopez - hit some shots, so slooooow
Bogus - looks constipated
Rest -whatever

Denver - good team, brewer got into their heads and they lost their composure. Jokic and Murray are noooice.

The kids are learning the mental aspects of playing the game at a high level

Team appeared to play confidently as if they expect to win

Key was defensive intensity - they hounded Nugs into misses by closing out on shooters, maintaining active hands and not quitting on plays. Defense led to offensive opportunities.

Too bad I missed the game, I just tuned in on the Highlights clips ChaCHooka_Man put up.

Just gotta say, wow what a turnaround from preseason where Denver showed no mercy on us. Now it's the Lakers blowing the McNuggets out. Good.

Great to see Lonzo got another triple double. Lots of doubters around the league still. I'd like to see this Lonzo show up against Philly and slap them silly.

Randle and Ball were great.

Luke finally is playing Randle with Lopez with good results

Lopez played great but in slow motion

Great defense by the whole team especially Randle, Brewer, Lonzo, KCP, Clarkson and BI.

Team showed size, speed and depth

Outside shooting was on tonight

I didn't watch the full game yet, but I could see in the highlights Randle and Lopez shared the floor for a while. How was it?

A good performance.

Am seeing quite the many different versions of this squad's energy, output, effectiveness. Can't seem to account for it. Youth and inexperience together perhaps, personal agendas not often combining this well on any given night. Seems Millsap's limited usage could have been the trigger or strongest factor. Second game of road back to back for Denver ?

Lonzo's board-cleaning demo over small guards was fun to watch.

Based on the highlights only, seems like Lonzo had MUCH more energy than he did the past few games. Maybe his dad gave him a good talking-to, and a home-cooked breakfast.

And the defensive energy looked great too.

*Defensive team energy (Brewski, KCP, Zo)
*Easy baskets (Nice flow and passing)
* Zo triple-dub
*Randle, Lopez, Kuz combo looking good
*Nuggets looked punch drunk
