I agree the roles should be reversed

Who's the 4th guard?
Cuz there's no way we have kcp initiate the offense.

JC can't start over KCP for the following reasons:

1. KCP can't play point.
2. KCP is a better defender. Defense is more important than offense.
3. JC can play both PG and SG so we won't need a 4th guard.

In my opinion, Zo and KCP starts but JC should get all minutes at backup PG and SG. That should give 33 minutes to Zo and 33 minutes to KCP, and 30 minutes to JC. We should just cut out Hart and Ennis unless there are injuries.

If possible, cut out Brewer too and split backup SF minutes between KCP and Kuzma.

I think KCP is a bench player too but I don't believe starting Clarkson makes the team better. We just need to try to find a starting SG in the off season.

As fans, we speak on what is best for the team and that does not include politics. So, lets forget about politics since we can't control that anyways.

His team defense and his overall effort make me really like KCP. He's overpaid this season as a result of the one year contract, but I'm glad he's on the squad. He played a heck of a game tonight.

Another good game by KCP (20 points, 3 assists). His defense was stout but some of his passes make you scratch your head.

I knew the hot first half was a blessing and a curse.
When he hesitated on the 3 on 1 at the 3 point line when he had Zo for a layup, I knew he was in his own head.

I like him a lot, but you aren’t Kobe Bryant. Stop trying to shot every ball, think a bit more

Obviously hot in the 1st but he takes so many bad shots and is terrible with the ball in his hands.

KCP had a great game scoring-wise but IMO took too many shots late. His six rebounds, 3 steals and defense were quite effective too.
However his passing skills (or lack there-of) still leave a lot to be desired, only one assist. All-in-all a good effort though.

Good game by KCP. I agree he took too many shots in the 2nd half. Also, he needed to get assigned to Lou to shut him down in the 4th?

Quote:
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Comes in seventh in the NBA in deflections (3.1) and 10th in fast-break scoring (3.6).

• These two stats are, of course, related, as KCP’s ability to get his hands on passes results in transition opportunities going the other way. He loves to pull up in transition for 3’s, for which Luke Walton has granted him a green light.

Please keep up the defense.
But please lower the heat checks haha

His shot selection is horrible.

He has talent and plays hard but stupidly.
