For Henson, Middleton, and Brogdon. I think they should do it (Clippers).

Sources said Clipper officials have targeted three Bucks in any deal for Jordan. One is John Henson, who is currently the team’s starting center, while the others are reigning Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon, who lost his starting spot when Bledsoe came aboard, and standout swingman Khris Middleton.

Milwaukee needs to do something to push into the upper tier of the EC but I think they would be dumb to do something that drastic. They're already thin in the backcourt and Giannis, Bledsoe and DJ aren't enough to carry them past Boston and Cleveland.

I don't know if it's because of age, conditioning or apathy but DJ hasn't been the defensive impact player he used to be.

This would be a trade you do in the off season, not early in the season (for the Bucks)...

Terrible trade for the bucks. Jordan likes warm weather cities and has been on record about that. He’s not re signing.

Losing Brogdon and Middleton would kill the Bucks.

Clippers should've blown the entire thing to pieces once CP3 was gone.
DJ is useless without his buddy giving him assists. Griffin is just gonna be a contract the Clippers won't be able to get rid of.

He would clog the middle.
They need better shooting.

Trade Malcom or keep Bledsoe?

They need to do what they are doing. Trade big for small guy like how they did with Bledsoe deal

Bledsoe
Brogdon
Middleton
Parker
Giannis

that should be their main core. Thon and Henson can be used as how Zaza and West used at GSW which is 25 mins max. Dellavedova and Snell can be used as back up guard and wing.

I don't understand the Buck's interest in Jordan. The team lacks depth of perimeter shooters; Jordan doesn't help there. They rely on the driving ability of Antetokoumpo; an addition of Jordan inside impedes that process. Wacky.

People seem to be misreading this. The Bucks want Jordan. However, they haven't offered Henson, Middleton, and Brogdon. That's what the Clippers brought up, and the Bucks don't seem interested in a deal that requires them to give up Middleton or Brogdon. Seems like they were looking to get Jordan in a firesale, while the Clips want a big payday, so it's unlikely anything will actually happen here.

Brogdon and Middleton are both career 40% 3pt shooters

Milwaukee is one of the better shooting teams. (They are a little off this year, but still in the top half and they were in the top third last year.) Their big issues are defense and rebounding -- they are the worse rebounding team in the league.

I don't see Jordan turning them into a contender but I can see why they'd want him if he comes at a reasonable price. Ideally, they'd want a center who is a rim protector with 3-point range (who wouldn't) but there aren't many guys like that. What I don't get is the reports that may go after Okafor.

Well, the Bucks currently rank 13th highest in terms of 3pt make rates, but rank 28th (almost fewest) in terms of 3p attempts and 26th in terms of 3p shots made. I'd say they're being careful about attempts but that doubts exist about making a playoff charge to the conference finals with that miserly style of 3p play.

That's probably more about their slow-paced than anything. They don't take a lot of shots. One way to look at it is what percentage of their total shots were three-pointers. For that stat, they were 10th in the League last year, and they are 20th in the League this year. The drop off maybe because two of their big three point shooters are injured. If you look over the past hundred games, a decent percentage of their shots are 3-pointers, and they've made them at a good rate.

It’s also because Giannis takes all the shots, and he doesn’t shoot 3s.

He plays inside and mid-range area, draws a lot of attention. Kicks out to open shooters, or takes the shot himself.

Now that they added Bledsoe and he is working in to the team, I bet their 3PA has increased and Giannis’ FGA has decreased.

The link said nothing about the Bucks contemplating Parker for Jordan. In fact, the writer said the opposite: "I would be very surprised if they flipped Parker for Jordan, to be clear."
