This. I hate Luke Walton with a passion now and that dislike is extending to Larry Nance irrationally soon.

Kuzma takes the scoring load off Ball. Nance puts the scoring load on Ball. Not good.

When he took out randle towards the end for nance - that's when things fell apart

I hold my breath whenever Luke calls a timeout. I swear the Lakers must lead the league in Turnovers out of timeouts. That points to a combination of poor coaching and poor execution.

I’m a fan of nine and ten man rotations, but they seem to confuse Walton.

For him, I’d try only playing eight guys big minutes, with one extra guy in single digits.

Also, could Deng provide more right now than Lopez or Nance?

Just asking.

I don't understand the logic in how Luke plays Nance and Randle.

Magic needs to man up (s/o to Byron) and fire that idiot.

What's the point of letting this continue? We have no draft pick, he's clearly not the coach of the future.

He's a disaster, he's making sure that Boston and Philly end up adding another young star on there team instead of coaching the team to wins.

Can't wait for the day when I hear the announcement of Luke getting fired.

He's the only coach in the league that will call a timeout and bring back the same lineup, the lineup continues to be trash, calls another timeout and brings back the same lineup.

Meanwhile Pop will call a timeout 1 minute in and make a sub.

Riley is the only ex-Laker that was alright. Luke is in the same tier with Byron, Rambis, Fisher, etc. I'm kinda tired of how my favorite team keeps hiring trash coaches mostly due to that inept moron Jimbo. It just hurts that Celtics, Rockets, 76ers, etc were more forward thinking

I can count at least 8 games we should have won if it were not for Lukes stupid coaching. He even looks clueless on the sidelines.

Why did Luke take JR out down the stretch? He was rolling. Sigh.

I’d go for an experienced college coach. How about that guy from Nova?

They won't. Jimbo's ridiculous coaching carousel made it impossible to fire Luke. Lakers are trying to build some stability after the chaos of Jimbo. Even if Luke currently isn't a good coach they just can't do it.

I’m obviously not in on the meetings, but is it safe to assume that ALL of his assistants suck balls?

I mean if just a handful of posters here were present in the coaches meetings, we’d ALL say the same damn thing: The bench guys are a better squad than the starters.

Id pay money to watch the bench go up against the starters in practice.

We need a full year to see how he progresses and how the experience will help him towards the end of the season. Then reevaluate and ask Lebron whom he prefers.
