If you love Nance like Walton does, start Kuzma over Lopez.

Who do we play next? Philadelphia? Scratch that.

Lopez should be the starter for the rest of this year but he should be playing no more than 22 mins. Kuz should start and get 32 mins. Nance gets 16 mins at back up PF and Randle should get 26 as backup C.

I don't know why Luke struggles with this so much.

I like this minutes distribution for both winning and development.

Mitchell is starting tonight against OKC and he has 27 points so far. I know I'm looking at only 1 stat and I'm currently not watching the game, but so are a lot of the people who are voting on the WC Rookie of the Month. Kuz needs to start if we want to see him win it again.

The Thunder won the game. Mitchell finished with 31 on 11-22 from the field, 5 of 12 from 3, and 4 of 5 from the free throw line.

Randle and nance should not be playing much together if randle is at the C. that combination never works. Randle/kuzma works better, as does randle/lopez

He struggles with the part that knows ALL of Randle’s 26 minutes at center MUST be with Kuzma. He knows this, so he chooses instead to go with the Siamese-twin group rotation of bigs, instead of staggering minutes to insure Randle is ALWAYS on the floor with Kuzma (a shooter).

That's pretty much the way it's been.

Randle has played 500 total minutes this year. He's only been on the floor with Nance for about 10 minutes, according to 82 games He's played about 450 minutes with Kuz.

You know, Luke's issue with now choosing to not start kuz kinda reminds of the last dragon / Bruce Leeroy scene with his master but it would be more like:

Luke: Master, I do not understand. I can't get the right player to help space the floor correctly!

Master: There is one place you have not looked. And it is there, and only there, you will find him!

It's like...duuuuude...answer right in front of you!

If Kuz will start that is okay. To be honest Im fine with him coming off the bench as well. I think coming off the bench only will make him better in the long run.

Kuz needs to start. He can score against 1st units and 2nd units. He needs more touches on offense and Randle/JC run their two man game in the 2nd unit way too often for Kuz to get the amount of touches he deserves.

Kuz and Clarkson are clearly our two best offensive weapons. They should not both be coming off the bench. What other team even has their best scorer coming off the bench, let alone top 2?

I'm ok with JC off the bench as we need that creator with the 2nd unit (and he should be playing more minutes a game, especially last night). Kuz, would love to see him start. We need offense so badly with that first unit.

Agreed, that was what I was implying. My bad, might not have been as clear as I thought. Kuz should start since we already have another nice offensive weapon coming off the bench in Clarkson.

If Kuz could donate 15% of his irrational confidence to Nance it would be helpful.

Why is Kuz still on the bench? LNJ isn't exactly shutting guys down on defense. Kuz is probably a better defender right now.

Watched some of the highlights last night and it seems like 2 of Kuz's blocks came from 2 KP jumpshots.
