He was great in the 1st quarter but they started collapsing on him. I thought he was forcing it to the basket a little bit instead of dishing it out.

Near the end of the game, he took it in and instead of laying it up and getting blocked again, he dished it to Julius underneath the basket - Great adjustment.

Plus that GW 3. That's his first game winner right? That's great for his confidence.

I think Randle got mad at him on the play he got blocked and Randle was underneath to get the rebound and put back.

During the timeout, I think Randle went to Ingram and was screaming at him.

I think Ingram was cognizant of trying to find Randle more after that.

Thats that Mamba mentality.
That "I'm gonna cut your throat" mentality.

Ingram's demeanor after that dagger was amazing. Yeah, this ain't the first and won't be the last, either!

I know Ingram is longer than most players but not when it comes to the post against centers/big PFs. He should work on a floater, or at least kissing it high off the glass. Even tall centers wouldn't be able to block that.

I'd like to see more PnR action with him and Randle.. There isn't a whole lot you can do with Randle if he has a step on you, especially if you're a PF or a Center.

Teams would just go small and switch it every time.

Go small and get bullied by Randle.. and not have a deterrent for Ingram on the drive.. Good luck with that. =)

It sucks that he missed 5 free throws. He would've had 26 points.

21/7/6 tonight is solid. I think he can maintain 20/5/4 going forward.

He had a great 1st quarter.
Bad start of the 2nd half.
Hit the winner.
I think it's fair to criticize his game. While enjoying the win.

Covington would hold up ok against Julius, and I don't know that BI would have much of an advantage against Simmons.

Now BI with a consistent pull-up 3 would make that PnR combo a lot more effective.

It wasn't that long ago that people in this thread were actively calling him a bust and saying he should be traded.

What's encouraging is the things that we would be critical of are things that are expected to be rectified.
